Ample is a proud partner of Eventbrite, however we are a separate organisation dedicated to customer support and training services for Eventbrite users. Eventbrite offers phone, email, and live chat support to paid events only, and has recently depreciated the web and marketing services previously offered to Premium customers. By offering a broad range of services that aren’t tied to your ticketing revenue, Ample makes event support services and training available to any Eventbrite user — including those previously ineligible.
Do you build event websites?
Absolutely, our Ample Sites product includes the creation of a customized, fully-branded event website with Eventbrite ticketing integration.
Will you manage my event marketing for me?
Our aim is to arm you with everything you need to create better event listings and attract more attendees. Our marketing products feature the one-off installation of key event marketing tools (such as Tracking Pixels and ‘Buy Now’ buttons on social media), along with training on how to use them, so you can drive results for every event without any ongoing fees.
Can you provide help or training if I don’t use Eventbrite for ticketing?
At this stage we only provide services for Eventbrite users. Aside from being a world-class ticketing solution, it’s also the platform that our consultants are experienced with and our Ample products integrate with. If you’re planning to run a new event or are switching from another provider, we can help you launch your next event with Eventbrite ticketing in place.
Can you help me if I run mostly internal events or training?
Yes, we have plenty of experience with large enterprise clients who don’t run traditional consumer events. We can help create a fully-customized and branded event website to help your staff or clients discover and register for events, even if all of your events are free.
Can you provide on-site staff, hardware, or operational support?
Through our partner network, we can refer you to the best people for on-site operations support and staffing. We do offer on-site consulting services, however this does not include event day staff or hardware.
